TABLE TREATERS

Greetings! You have been CHOSEN!

We would love to see if you can help us out at the Family Costume Party on October 28th.
The goal is to create a special area that kids/students go “table to table” and retrieve candy.
Think Trunk-R-Treat but with tables… inside… in the air conditioning… with no bugs!
Would you be willing to decorate a TABLE and HAND OUT CANDY?

DATE: October 28
TIME: 6:30-8pm
TRICK-OR-TREATING: 6:30pm-6:45pm
SETUP: Anytime between 5pm-6pm
All setup/decor finalized before 6:15pm
 
 
DECORATION DETAILS:
  • Table Size: Standard rectangle 2.5×6
  • Each table should be decorated with a fun theme.
  • You sit behind the table and hand candy out.
  • No – GORY or SCARY things. Unless it’s “cutesy”
  • Yes – Spiderwebs, bats, pumpkins, etc

    NOTE: Even if you are a Table Treater – you will still be able to participate in the night as usual.

BONUS IDEAS:
If you have a simple “game idea” to earn the candy, feel free to use it.
Examples would be:
  • Ring Toss
  • Tic Tac Toe
  • Knock “Silly-Face” Cans Off Table
  • Bean Bag Toss
  • Make Them Feel “Brain” Sphaghetti/worms/etc
Something simple, fast and fun for them to participate in.

  • Spiders, webs, white lights
  • Orange Lights
  • Purple Lights
  • Silly Monster Faces
  • Pumpkins
  • Creepy tree branches
  • Balloons
 
Get creative and USE halloween props and decorations that you OWN if you desire.
